I support individuals and groups to come home to themselves through breath conscious embodiment and deeply nourishing practices, creating spaces where the nervous system can soften and where each person can reconnect with their feelings, allowing a more truthful way of living to emerge.

My work is breath led and grounded in holistic wellbeing practises, offered with sensitivity, depth, and respect for each person’s unique journey. Breath, sound, and movement form the natural language of my work, supporting reconnection with vitality, presence, and a deeper sense of aliveness.

I offer private sessions in person and online, working with clients locally and worldwide.

My work is shaped by early immersion in the world of health and wellbeing, alongside many years of ongoing study, lived experience, and later professional training in holistic and breath based practices. While Clarity Breathwork forms a central part of my work, I also draw on breath awareness, movement, simple breathing techniques, and holistic health coaching to support regulation, expression, and everyday resilience.
